Rome in 3 Days

Day 1 · Historic Centre

Start at Piazza di Spagna and walk through the centre towards the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Piazza Navona. It is an ideal day for walking: the main squares are relatively close to one another, leaving room for a break in a piazza or café.

Day 2 · Ancient Rome

Spend the morning at the Colosseum and the archaeological area of the Roman Forum and Palatine. The complex takes time, so avoid filling the same day with too many distant visits.

Day 3 · Vatican & Prati

Plan your visit to the Vatican Museums and St Peter’s Basilica by checking opening times, closures and access arrangements in advance. Afterwards, you can walk around the Prati district.

From Cornelia to Rome

Vestige Home is near Battistini, the terminus of Metro A. Line A is particularly useful for reaching the Vatican and connecting with central Rome.
